As the Recruitment Coordinator, you will support the recruitment team in coordinating hiring activities, managing candidate communication, scheduling interviews, and maintaining recruitment records.
Responsibilities:
Assist with posting job vacancies and managing applications.
Coordinate interview scheduling and communicate with candidates and hiring managers.
Support candidate screening and shortlisting processes.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate databases.
Assist with reference checks and documentation.
Requirements:
Must be a current NYSC corps member.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Strong interest in recruitment and human resources.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
