• We are seeking an experienced and proactive Recruitment Consultant to join our team.
• The ideal candidate must have 3 - 5 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years specifically within the consulting sector.
• You will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, engaging clients, and delivering top-tier talent acquisition solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates.
• Liaise with clients to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment advisory support.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates across various roles.
• Prepare and share candidate reports, interview summaries, and weekly recruitment updates.
• Use recruitment tools, job boards, and social media to attract suitable talent.
• Conduct reference checks and support onboarding activities.
• Maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Ensure timely delivery of recruitment projects and adherence to service-level expectations.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications.
• 3 - 5 years of proven recruitment experience.
• Minimum of 2 years working in a consulting or HR services environment.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing strategies.
• Excellent communication, client management, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software is an added advantage.
