    Recruitment Associate

    Our client, an HR Advisory firm looking for a proactive and organised Recruitment Associate to support our recruitment team across administration, coordination, candidate sourcing, and recruitment projects.

    This is a junior role where the successful candidate will start with recruitment administration and coordination, and gradually develop into talent research, candidate sourcing, screening, and broader recruitment responsibilities.

    Responsibilities

    Recruitment Administration & Coordination

    • Maintain accurate client, candidate and recruitment records.
    • Track candidates through the recruitment process and follow up on outstanding actions.
    • Coordinate interviews and candidate communication.
    • Prepare candidate profiles, shortlists, schedules, and recruitment reports.

    Talent Research & Candidate Sourcing

    • Research talent pools, industries, and recruitment channels.
    • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, databases, and other platforms.
    • Review CVs and applications against role requirements.
    • Support candidate screening and interviews as skills develop.
    • Build and maintain candidate pipelines.

    Recruitment Projects & Events

    • Support recruitment training and placement projects, including candidate coordination, documentation, and follow-up.
    • Assist with recruitment events, career fairs, and other talent initiatives.

    Must have skills

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Good organisational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail.
    • Good research skills and an interest in recruitment and talent.
    • Proficiency or willingness to learn Google Workspace or HRIS.
    • Willingness to learn and take on increasing responsibility.

    Qualifications

    • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
    • 0–1 year of experience in recruitment, HR, administration, internships, or a related role.
