• You will work closely with our recruitment team to support talent sourcing, screening, and candidate management. 

Key Responsibilities

As a Recruitment Assistant Intern, you will:

• source candidates on LinkedIn, job boards, Facebook & WhatsApp groups
• assist in building and updating candidate databases
• conduct first-level screening calls
• schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
• help build and manage talent communities
• support recruiters with daily administrative tasks
• maintain organised CV folders and candidate records
• You will be trained on all tasks — no prior experience is required.
