Recruitment and Training Officer at Ternary Security Limited

Responsibiliies

• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within the schedule.
• Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
• Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy.
• Assess applicant's relevant knowledge, skills, experience and aptitudes.
• Onboard the new employee to become fully integrated.
• Training of employees.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess B.Sc, HND.
