Recruitment and Talent Manager at Infytel Communications

JOB SUMMARY

• We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment and Talent Manager to oversee end-to-end talent acquisition and workforce planning. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent while ensuring alignment with the organization’s growth objectives and culture.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
• Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles.
• Conduct interviews and coordinate selection processes.
• Manage employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
• Maintain recruitment metrics and prepare hiring reports.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and best practices.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Professional certification (CIPM or equivalent) is an added advantage.
