Are you a Fresh graduate, passionate about people, detail-oriented, and eager to start a career in Human Resources? We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Recruiter to join our growing talent acquisition team. In this role, you will assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various roles while learning the fundamentals of the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
Support the recruitment team in sourcing and attracting candidates using job boards, social media, and internal databases
Review resumes and screen candidates based on predefined criteria
Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions
Coordinate onboarding processes for successful candidates
Provide administrative support to the recruitment and HR teams
Learn and apply recruitment best practices
Requirements
Strong interest in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and time-management abilities
Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
