• We are seeking a results-driven Recruiter to join our HR team. 
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across various roles, with a focus on the Oil and Gas / Marine sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, and networking
• Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling descriptions
• Verify qualifications, certifications, and conduct background checks
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication
• Manage and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases
• Support employer branding efforts and enhance company visibility
• Assist with HR administrative tasks and generate recruitment reports
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 3 - 5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in Oil & Gas / Marine sectors
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and ATS systems
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in social media and online recruitment platforms.
