    Reconciliation and Settlement Officer

    Our client, a global reputable Commercial Bank, is recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position 

    Job Summary

    • Ensure accurate, timely reconciliation of electronic banking transactions across channels and manage settlements between the bank, vendors, and third-party platforms.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Reconcile daily transactions from POS, ATM, Mobile, and Internet Banking.
    • Investigate and resolve transaction disputes and exceptions.
    • Coordinate with switching companies and payment partners.
    • Prepare reconciliation reports for audits and management.
    • Ensure SLA compliance for settlement timelines.

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or IT.
    • 2 - 3 years experience in reconciliation or e-payments operations.
    • Familiar with NIBSS, Paystack, Interswitch, etc.

    Key Skills:

    • Transaction Reconciliation | Settlement Operations | Accuracy | Dispute Resolution | Excel & Reporting Tools.

    Salary
    According to Banking grade.
