As the Receptionist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional front-desk service by attending to patients, managing appointments, handling enquiries, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all visitors.
Responsibilities
Welcome and attend to patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage front-desk operations including check-in, check-out, and appointment scheduling.
Handle phone calls, enquiries, and messages promptly and accurately.
Maintain patient records and ensure all information is properly updated and confidential.
Coordinate patient flow to ensure smooth clinic operations.
Requirements
Candidates should possess an OND/HND/BSC in any relevant field with a minimum of 1 years of experience as a receptionist or customer service personnel (healthcare experience is an added advantage).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in computer applications (MS Office, scheduling software, etc.).
