Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls, address inquiries, and direct calls as needed.
• Maintain the reception area, ensuring a clean and organized environment.

• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and record keeping.

Qualifications

• Females only.
• Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably as a receptionist or customer service representative.
• HND or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
