Receptionist / Customer Care Representative at Residency Hotels Limited

Description
The selected candidates will be responsible for receiving our esteemed guest and will have responsibilities that include:

• Make reservation and check in guests on arrival.
• Greet and interact with customers to ensure their satisfaction with the services being offered to them
• Create and maintain an enjoyable atmosphere that is conducive to attract customers.
• Be part of overall in-house marketing and promotion team to retain existing customers.
• Work with hotel general manager to ensure that monthly revenue target for accommodation department is met and exceeded
• Work with central store to control and manage inventory of food and drinks to be sold

Requirements

• Must be outgoing, well-spoken and customer friendly individual
• Must be young and energetic, and willing to learn
• Must have previously work as a Receptionist/waiter in a hotel/lounge
• Must be computer literate, knows how to use internet, and be familiar with Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram.
