    Real Estate Sales Representative

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for a motivated and skilled Sales Representative with driving experience to join our team.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating and converting sales leads, handling property tours with clients, and supporting marketing efforts by driving to various locations when necessary.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to increase brand visibility, lead generation, and sales growth.
    • Lead and supervise the marketing team to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and promotional materials.
    • Manage all digital and offline marketing channels including social media, website, email marketing, print media, and outdoor advertising.
    • Plan and coordinate marketing events, property exhibitions, open houses, and collaborations that drive customer engagement.
    • Oversee creation of marketing content including graphics, videos, property listings, and promotional materials.
    • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to recommend actionable improvements.
    • Track performance of all marketing campaigns and optimize based on data-driven insights.
    • Maintain strong alignment with the sales team to support property launches and revenue targets.
    • Manage marketing budgets efficiently to achieve maximum return on investment.
    • Ensure the company’s brand identity is consistent and well represented across all platforms

    Requirements

    • OND/HND/BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
    • Must possess a valid driver’s license and excellent driving skills.
    • Good knowledge of road networks and property locations.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Confident, persuasive, and customer-service oriented.
    • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

    Salary
    N200,000 Monthly.
