Job Summary

• We are seeking proactive, target-driven, and results-oriented Real Estate Sales & Marketing Associates to promote, market, and sell the company’s property offerings
• The ideal candidates will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and increasing brand visibility through effective marketing strategies and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Market and sell the company’s real estate products and services
• Identify, prospect, and generate new clients through field and digital marketing efforts
• Conduct property inspections, site visits, and client presentations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospective buyers
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase property visibility
• Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management.
• Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, and property launches
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or a related field
• Proven experience in real estate sales, marketing, or a related sales role is an added advantage
• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with social media marketing
• Must be resident in Abeokuta or willing to relocate.
