• This position requires multitasking, independent work, and residing in or around the environs of Abraham Adesanya.

Responsibilities:

• Marketing Properties: Develop and implement effective strategies to market and promote our real estate listings for both sales and rentals.
• Exclusive Listings: Identify and secure exclusive property listings to enhance the firm's portfolio.
• Video Presence: Create captivating video content for platforms such as YouTube, showcasing our properties and attracting potential clients.
• Social Media: Maintain a strong and engaging social media presence to attract leads and create brand awareness.
• Collaborative Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to create synergies and enhance the overall marketing efforts of the firm.

Qualifications:

• University degree in a relevant field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proven experience in real estate sales/marketing is a plus.
