    We are currently seeking dynamic and motivated Real Estate Marketers to join our esteemed organization.     Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our real estate properties and services.
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify target markets and customer preferences.
    • Generate leads through various channels, including online platforms, networking events, and referrals.
    • Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
    • Present and showcase properties to prospective buyers, highlighting their unique features and benefits.
    • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both the buyer and the company.
    • Collaborate with other team members, including real estate agents and property developers, to coordinate marketing efforts and achieve sales targets.
    • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and property details.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience as a Real Estate Marketer or in a similar sales and marketing role.
    • Strong knowledge of the real estate industry, including current market trends and property valuation principles.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
    • Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
    • Proficient in using various marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and CRM software.
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).
