Job Summary

Responsibilities include

• Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities
• Performing cost analysis and managing budgets throughout project life cycles
• Advising on procurement strategy and financial risks
• Liaising with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors
• Managing valuations, progress reports, and final accounts

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Familiarity with project management and cost-control software
• Membership with NIQS or similar professional body is an advantage.
