We are seeking a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor with experience in the construction or real estate sector.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project costs, preparing estimates, and ensuring projects are completed within budget while maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and BOQs.
Monitor project costs and manage variations.
Support tendering, procurement, and contractor evaluation.
Conduct site visits and prepare cost reports.
Ensure projects stay within budget.
Requirements
B.Sc. Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
2–3 years of experience in construction / real estate.
