• Are you an experienced construction professional with the expertise to lead complex projects, drive innovative designs, and deliver results within budget and timelines?
• We’re looking for a Head of Projects to provide strategic and technical leadership across construction projects, from concept development to successful execution.

Responsibilities
What you’ll be responsible for:

• Overseeing end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery.
• Leading and mentoring project managers, engineers, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Driving design reviews, quality assurance, and compliance with building and safety standards.
• Managing project budgets, timelines, contractors, and stakeholder relationships.
• Identifying risks, improving construction processes, and exploring new project opportunities.

Requirements
What you’ll need:

• A Degree in Architecture or a relevant discipline.
• A minimum of 7 years’ relevant post-NYSC experience in construction or project leadership.
• A proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or a relevant master’s degree is an added advantage.
