Quality Inspector at JMG

Duties

• Ensure that JMG LTD is producing the best coated canopies for the generating sets.

• Monitor staff during surface preparation sessions and make sure they are complying with the company’s quality rules and regulations.

• Inspect all the parts after surface preparation session before starting the coating process.

• Select and inspect good quality products and enforce the rework of defected canopies.

• Ensure Quality Control and Assurance is done by Powder Coating staff in accordance to company’s policies and procedures.

• Inspect coated samples canopy parts and make sure it is complying with quality systems.

• Take up IMS responsibilities such as reporting unsafe act, condition or procedure in the work place, participating in fire or emergency drill at work, participating in incident reporting and investigation

• when necessary and adherence to Company policies.

Minimum Requirements

• Degree in Quality Engineering or Quality Management or equivalent. Any Quality Certifications such as Quality Auditor, Quality Improvement Associate, Six Sigma Certifications would be a plus.

• Min 3-5 years of proven work

• Experience in quality inspection, auditing and testing in a manufacturing environment and/or in the quality field
