Daily monitor of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) for compliance
Verification of coolers and freezer room temperature for compliance
Perform environmental swabs and microbiological sampling, take food samples for submission to laboratory for analysis.
Conduct workstation inspections to verify compliance (gold standard and portion control weight verification, specs, sanitizer, food temperatures, HACCP documentation)
And any other job that might be assigned by line manager due to requirements of duty.
Minimum 2 years relevant experience in a similar role.
B.Sc / HND in Food Technology, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering or Laboratory Science or equivalent knowledge.
Excellent knowledge of HACCP and hygiene policies.
