About the job

• Daily monitor of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) for compliance
• Verification of coolers and freezer room temperature for compliance
• Perform environmental swabs and microbiological sampling, take food samples for submission to laboratory for analysis.
• Conduct workstation inspections to verify compliance (gold standard and portion control weight verification, specs, sanitizer, food temperatures, HACCP documentation)
• And any other job that might be assigned by line manager due to requirements of duty.
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in a similar role.
• B.Sc / HND in Food Technology, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering or Laboratory Science or equivalent knowledge.
• Excellent knowledge of HACCP and hygiene policies.
