Quality Control Officer at Newedge Finance Limited

Responsibilities

• Monitor calls of our agents
• Investigate customer complaints regarding quality issues and develop a solution.
• Record, compile, and prepare reports for analysis and evaluation.
• Investigate (and correct) customer issues and complaints relating to quality.

Requirements

• BSc or Diploma in related field
• 0 - 1 year work experience.
• Excellent MS Office knowledge
• Good computer skills
• Excellent verbal and written communications skill
• Proven experience as quality inspector or relevant role
• A keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach
• Responsible and trustworthy
• Knowledge of quality control standards and testing methodologies.
• Suitable for those around berger / wawa / arepo / ibafo / magoro axis.

Salary
N40,000 - N80,000 monthly.
