Quality Assurance Specialist at Tanta Innovative Limited

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive QA Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products through rigorous testing and analysis. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving skills, and experience with various testing methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Perform functional, regression, performance, and usability testing on software applications.
• Identify, document, and track bugs and issues using issue tracking systems.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide feedback.
• Conduct root cause analysis and work with development teams to resolve defects.
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance product quality.
• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings as part of an agile development process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in software quality assurance, including manual and automated testing.
• Familiarity with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Experience with bug tracking systems (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality software.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
• Knowledge of continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, SOAP UI).
