We are looking to expand our operations by bringing onboard qualified personnel for the role of Quality Assurance Officer

Responsibilities

• · Carry out and monitor testing and inspection of furniture and materials to ensure the finished product meets quality standards before dispatch to client locations.
• Determine, negotiate and agree on in-house quality procedures, standards and specifications.
• Approve finished products by confirming adherence to specifications, conducting visual / measurement tests, returning products for re-work and confirming re-work.
•  Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following standards / procedures and complying with legal regulations.
•  Assure all Structural and Architectural construction are completed in accordance with the contract Plans and Specifications.
• Document inspection results by completing reports and logs including documentation of re-work and waste.

Requirements

• Minimum of a BSC/HND Degree
• Experience in a furniture manufacturing company
