Quality Assurance and Quality Control Manager at Sacvin Nigeria Limited

Objective/ Purpose;

We seek a seasoned QA/QC professional to manage and maintain product quality objectives, ensure that standards are within regulatory requirements, and document all processes while maximising management and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Planning of QA/QC department 
• Organise training for staff on productivity and performance.
• Documentation of QA/QC process.
• Analysis of products along with regulatory requirements. 
• Manage the Laboratory activities to ensure industrial compliance 
• Oversee the factory's product affairs 
• Liaise with the government agency regarding statutory compliance
• Responsible for the approval and rejection of raw materials and finished products
• Identify problems that may result in non-conformity and ensure corrective actions are implemented to overcome them.

Functional/ Technical Knowledge: Working Knowledge of plastic manufacturing, PVC, and PPR production is key

• Excellent management skills, with the ability to identify and track product procedures and documentation along with regulatory requirements.
• Strong management, administration and leadership skills to manage resources and processes.
• Passionate, energetic and maintain a positive attitude.

Education Qualification: Bachelor‘s Degree in any science-related field 

Professional Qualification: Professional membership and certification in relevant and recognised institutions

Work Experience: 4+ years, Experience in Quality Assurance/Control in PVC, and PPR pipe production
