    QA/QC Consultant

    Our client is seeking to hire highly knowledgeable Quality Assurance/Control experts (2) to lead the team.

    Responsibilities:

    • Driving the efficiency and effectiveness of the Incident Management process
    • Designs and oversees the validation of performance metrics against success criteria to ensure effective control of expected deliverables.
    • Monitoring the effectiveness of Incident Management and making recommendations for improvement – KPI / Metric measurement
    • Driving and Managing Major Incident Process
    • Developing and maintaining the Incident Management process and procedures
    • Review and auditing the process
    • Ensuring that all Infra teams follow the Incident Process for every incident
    • Provide ITIL best practice service management consulting at a strategic, design, and operational level
    • Development and delivery of IT process/service metrics and reporting.
    • IT quality assurance, including data analytics, change management
    • Coordinate interfaces between Problem Management and other Service Management Processes
    • Receives, logs and allocates a priority, in collaboration with the initiator, to all Request for Change (RFCs) that are totally impractical
    • Chairs all CAB and Emergency Change Approval Board (ECAB) meetings including that required for urgent RFCs
    • Reviews all implemented changes to ensure that they have met their objectives; refers back any that have been backed out of have failed
    • Produces regular and accurate management reports
    • Provide ITIL best practice service management consulting at a strategic, design, and operational level for the Customer’s environment

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or any IT related discipline
    • Minimum of 6 years in IT quality assurance role
