Job Summary

As our Technical support specialist, you will provide technical assistance and support to our customers, ensuring their smooth and efficient use of our products or services.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers regarding our products or services and respond promptly to customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems.
• Diagnose and escalate technical issues to ensure timely resolution and guide customers through troubleshooting processes and solutions.
• Collaborate with other teams to identify and resolve product bugs or issues and document customer interactions and technical solutions in our Zoho products.
• Set up, implementation and configuration of Zoho Products and integration of other platforms into the Zoho Apps

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 1-2 years proven experience in a technical support role, preferably in a software or technology company.
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, and software applications.
• Familiarity with Zoho Products

Salary

• N120,000- N150,000
