Technical Customer Support Officer

- Salary Range ₦150,000 - ₦200,000/month
As a Technical Customer Support Officer, you will provide expert assistance to customers by troubleshooting technical issues, resolving queries, and ensuring a seamless user experience with our digital banking products and services
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related tocomputer systems, software, and hardware.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person in a timely and professional manner.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably within the technology or software industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Proficiency in using support ticketing systems, CRM software, and remote support tools.
