Public Sector Senior Account Manager at CloudPlexo

Responsibilities

• Manage the public sector sales cycle from prospecting to securing a deal
• Unearth new public sector sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships
• Present products and services to prospective clients
• Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty
• Remain in regular contact with your clients to understand and meet their needs
• Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction and to maintain the company’s reputation
• Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data
• Assist the organization's public sector sales and growth efforts by contributing to new customer acquisition.
• Provide ideas to attract new clients and keep the senior management updated about marketplace and competitor activity.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with client contacts.
• Generate and keep prospective client database updated
• Make cold calls for new business leads
• Support in writing new business proposals
• Maintain high knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company

Qualifications

• Possess strong communication and negotiation skills, and can engage with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong desire and business acumen
• Previous public sector sales and account management experience
• Previous experience within the Software, Cybersecurity, AI & Cloud services industry
• Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role
• Exceptional negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills
