    Public Cloud Sales Leader, CEWA

    Role and Responsibilities

    • You will be the face of IBM’s capabilities to the customer.
    • You will be responsible for building and growing relationships with your clients, listening to understand the business problems and requirements, and building a solution that meets that criteria.
    • You will be responsible for presenting configurations and pricing for the solution, negotiating the terms, conditions and pricing and understanding the steps to come to closure.
    • Following closure of an opportunity, you will be responsible for maintaining the customer relationship to ensure client satisfaction.
    • Coordination and successful execution of all required sales-related activities within an assigned territory or set of accounts in order to achieve assigned financial sales objectives
    • Activities include pipeline creation, qualifying opportunities
    • Build rapport with clients and manage existing relationships to deliver a best in class service while increasing IBM’s share within their environment
    • Identify markets and create opportunities to grow your client base
    • Be able to appropriately and accurately represent your business using the sales forecasting tools
    • Communicate & influence at IT Director/CIO level (Oral and Written) through understanding of requirements and articulating the business value of our solutions
    • Stay current on industry trends and competitive threats
    • Build a strong ecosystem around IBM Public Cloud and enable those partners to build the needed skills and work with them to execute business plans

    Required Technical and Professional Expertise

    • Bachelor's Degree
    • At least 10 years of experience in the IT sector
    • Cloud Solution Sales experience
    • Strong sales background in the financial sector
    • Services or Solution Sales Experience
    • Good technical background
    • Develop, drive and communicate a clear winning strategy for Public Cloud.
