Provide various measures for negotiating and organizing lease and rental agreements and produce analytical reports.
Formulate, Analyze, Implement and improve property management operations processes and address tenant complaints, violations, and problems.
Report the property’s financial status, occupancy and expiring leases to property owners and establish key relationships.
Increase occupancy, lowering exposure in a poor market and reaching monthly collection goals.
Ensured completion of routine unit inspections as required by management and correction of unit deficiencies.
Perform and enforce background checks (KYC), Access Control policies and reference enquiries and signed new leases to renters.
Ensure timely payments and collections of fees and subscriptions.
Achieve customer satisfaction and monitoring compliance on established procedures and policies.
Ensure the adherence to the terms and conditions signed by both the lessee and lessor without breach of contract and the renewal and determination of leases/tenancies.
Requirements
Candidates should possess a B.Sc. Degree in a related field preferable a legal background.
Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience as a Property Manager is an added advantage.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Accurate attention to detail.
Goal-oriented, organized team player.
A self-starter requiring little or no supervision.
