As our Projects & Operations Manager, you’ll be the engine that keeps our business organized and running smoothly. You’ll manage client projects from onboarding to delivery, streamline internal processes, oversee deadlines, manage team productivity, and ensure that all departments are aligned.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, is assertive, and has experience managing projects in a creative or tech-based environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead project management across multiple client projects (WordPress/Shopify sites, branding, SEO, etc.)
Track project milestones, team tasks, and ensure timely delivery using project management tools
Coordinate between developers, designers, SEO experts, and content creators
Manage onboarding and offboarding of clients with checklists, documentation, and scheduling
Monitor team productivity and resolve operational bottlenecks
Develop, implement, and optimize SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) across departments
Ensure all internal and client communication is professional, timely, and well-documented
Assist in hiring and onboarding new team members
Keep the business organized—files, schedules, workflows, and operations
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 3 years experience in project or operations management
Experience in a digital agency or tech startup preferred
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficiency with project tools and automations
Good understanding of WordPress (or ability to manage WordPress teams and projects)
Must be proactive, structured, and assertive with attention to detail
