Project Technical Manager at LinkOrg Networks

What You'll Do:

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of technical and infrastructure projects within the ISP ecosystem.
• Coordinate cross-functional project teams including Network Engineers, Field Technicians, Vendors, and Contractors.
• Define scope, schedule, resources, and deliverables for network rollout, system upgrades, and technical installations.
• Track progress, manage risks, and proactively resolve issues to ensure timely project delivery.
• Oversee vendor relationships, enforce SLAs, and ensure technical quality control and compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate closely with the Operations, Sales, and Engineering teams to align projects with business goals.
• Provide regular project reporting to senior management with clear KPIs and milestones.
• Champion process improvement initiatives and post-project evaluation reviews.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably in ISP, telecommunications, or ICT environments.
• Proven track record of managing fiber optic deployment, wireless (radio) network rollout, or broadband infrastructure projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of networking technologies (e.g., GPON, FTTx, Metro Ethernet, Microwave, LTE, etc.).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• PMP, Prince2, or other relevant certifications are highly desirable.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
