The Company is seeking to hire a Project Officer who will be responsible for the overall strategic direction and success of a project. You will be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day operations run smoothly and that the project stays aligned with its goals.
The Ideal candidate for this role must have the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensuring all activities comply with relevant regulations and standards, this includes monitoring changes in regulations and advising on their impact.
Preparing, reviewing, and submitting regulatory documents, such as applications for marketing authorization, to relevant authorities.
Maintaining accurate records of submissions and ensuring compliance.
Planning and executing regulatory projects, setting milestones and timelines, and managing resources effectively.
Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project progression.
Serving as a point of contact with regulatory agencies and internal stakeholders.
Communicating regulatory requirements and updates to the project team and other relevant stakeholders.
Providing guidance and strategic input to senior management on regulatory matters throughout the product lifecycle.
Monitoring project progress, managing budgets, and adjusting plans as needed to ensure projects stay on track.
Requirements
First degree in Project Management, Human Resource Management, or related field.
Minimum of 1 year working experience post NYSC.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Must have strong attention to detail.
Must have excellent time management skills.
Proficiency in maintaining project documentation and records.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with diverse teams, stakeholders, clients, and vendors.
Creative problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
