We are seeking a skilled female Project Monitoring Officer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, tracking and managing activities of the Project and maintenance team ensuring high performance and compliance with industry standard.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor Project scope, time, quality and budget as part of the end-to-end project management process.
Manage and co-coordinate project team to ensure proper product installation, maintenance of all projects and oversee all electrical projects from signoff to completion, ensuring operational efficiency.
Handle all external communications with Clients, respond swiftly to client’s request, enquires and ensuring seamless documentation of responses.
Manage all back-end documentation on assigned tasks and allocation.
Track and manage all logistics expenses for both Implementation and Maintenance team and provide weekly report on all project installation activities.
Maintain data and reports on routine project activities and report back to Project Coordinator on a frequent basis.
Requirements
B.Eng in Electrical Engineering (or related field).
Minimum of 0-1 years’ experience in Project Monitoring.
Knowledge on Project Management and software design tools.
