The Project Manager will oversee projects from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery within approved scope, timelines, quality standards, and budget.
Responsibilities
Develop project plans, schedules and budgets.
Define project scope, deliverables and milestones.
Coordinate project teams and stakeholders.
Monitor project progress and performance.
Identify, assess and manage project risks.
Track budgets and project expenditure.
Prepare project status reports.
Manage project documentation.
Coordinate stakeholder meetings.
Ensure project quality standards are maintained.
Manage changes to project scope and requirements.
Resolve project issues and escalate risks appropriately.
Conduct post-project evaluations and lessons-learned reviews.
Requirements
B.Sc./HND in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Management or related discipline.
PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM or equivalent certification is strongly preferred depending on seniority.
3–7 years' project management experience.
Strong planning, leadership and stakeholder-management skills.
Proficiency in project-management software.
Excellent risk-management and problem-solving abilities.
