Project Manager - Onboarding, Campaigns and Logistics at Hive HR

Job Summary

• ODA is seeking an organized and creative Project Manager to oversee Wholesaler Onboarding, Campaign/e-commerce photo shoots, and event planning/logistics for our menswear brand.
• The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and experience in the fashion industry

Key Responsibilities

• Campaigns & Photo Shoots
• Create moodboards for photo shoots and campaigns
• Coordinate photo shoots, including location scouting, model casting, and crew booking
• Collaborate with creative team to ensure shoot concept alignment
• Manage shoot budgets and timelines
• Manage deployment of media across channels e.g Website and Social Media

Onboarding:

• Source opportunities for collaborative leverage with brands and influencers
• Build and foster relationships with influencers, communities etc.
• Source and Onboard wholesalers
• Source opportunities for participation in local and international trade shows, Pop-ups etc

Additional Responsibilities:

• Assist with budget planning and tracking
• Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and quality standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, marketing, sales)

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in fashion campaign production, Sponsorships and Collaboration , or project management
• Strong knowledge of fashion industry and trends
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficient in MS Office, Google Suite, and project management tools

Nice to Have:

• Experience with photo shoot production and influencer relations.
