    Project Manager

    We're looking for someone with natural talent who can plan and direct schedules as well as project budgets to fill the above position. The preferred candidate must be able to oversee projects from inception to completion. He or she would be in charge of overseeing the work of external vendors as well as assigning, directing, and monitoring the project staff.

    JOB SUMMARY 

    • Develop project plans in collaboration with designated stakeholders, delegate resources to project tasks, and provide senior executives and the board of directors with project progress updates.
    • Planning and directing schedules as well as project budgets. Monitoring projects from inception through delivery.
    • May be assigned to engage and oversee the work of external vendors. Assigning, directing and monitoring project staff.

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Managing teams of employees that include architects, engineers, programmers, designers, project managers, and other specialists who work together to complete projects within time frames and budgets
    • Reviewing project proposals to ensure that clients’ needs are met and understand the scope of work that will be completed
    • Overseeing all phases of a project from planning to execution, including monitoring budgets, managing personnel, project scope, schedule, resources, quality, costs and change and resolving problems that arise
    • Developing and maintaining detailed project plan to include milestones, tasks, and target/actual dates of completion.
    • Revising project plans as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
    • Preparing and submitting project status reports to management.
    • Managing multiple projects simultaneously, including coordinating activities with other departments within the company
    • Scheduling and conducting project meetings to include logistics, agendas, and meeting minutes
    • Monitoring the progression of work to meet quality standards while ensuring costs remain under budget and critical milestone deadlines are met.
    • Informing management of recurring issues or when additional team training may be required.
    • Coordinating with clients to ensure that they are aware of changes or delays in project timelines or deliverables
    • Upholding the security and confidentiality of documents and data within area of responsibility
    • Collaborating with team members and communicating relevant information to management
    • Costing every project based on proper analysis
    • Embarking on market research and survey on potential and current projects
    • Ensuring all stocks are properly documented and accounted for
    • Ensure all items and goods in the company’s warehouse are properly arranged and secured.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or a related discipline.  
    • 7 years of experience managing multiple projects in an organization

    • Capacity to work with Senior Executives and all levels of the company and be able to present deliverables to the organization
    • Development and execution of project plans; delivery of key tracks/segments.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Communicates and works well with others.
    • Prepares written materials to meet purpose and audience.
    • Analyzes and resolves complex issues.
    • Ability to apply creative solutions.
    • Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external parties.
