    Project Manager — Marketing & Communications

    Role Overview

    • As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and executing integrated marketing projects from concept to delivery. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure that campaigns and client engagements are delivered to the highest standard. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced agency environment and is highly organized, communicative, and results‑oriented.

    Key Responsibilities

    Project Planning & Execution

    • Lead project planning, scoping, scheduling, and resource allocation across campaigns and client deliverables.
    • Define clear project objectives, milestones, deliverables, and KPIs.
    • Manage project execution and ensure high‑quality delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.

    Team & Stakeholder Coordination

    • Work closely with creative, digital, strategy, and account teams to align project goals and deliverables.
    • Communicate project status, risks, and changes to internal teams and clients.
    • Facilitate sprint planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives where applicable.

    Risk & Quality Management

    • Identify project risks, resolve issues, and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
    • Monitor performance measurements and adjust project plans to ensure successful outcomes.

    Process Improvement

    • Standardize best practices, templates, and workflows to increase project efficiency.
    • Report on lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement across teams.

    Qualifications & Skills

    Education & Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Project Management or a related field.
    • Minimum 3 years experience managing marketing, communications, or digital projects agency experience preferred.

    Core Skills

    • Strong project management skills and familiarity with tools such as Asana, Trello, Jira, or Monday.com.
    • Excellent communication both verbal and written for client and team interactions.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with keen attention to detail.
    • A proactive, collaborative, and problem‑solving mindset.
    • Experience with digital marketing campaigns, integrated brand communication strategies, or advertising workflows.
