Our client is seeking a highly organized and execution-driven Project Manager to lead the successful launch of a transformative education initiative.
This role is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, can coordinate multiple workstreams, manage diverse stakeholders, and turn strategic plans into measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage an integrated project launch plan across multiple workstreams.
Coordinate project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and ensure timely escalation of issues.
Drive operational and facility readiness for launch.
Coordinate vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
Support student recruitment, admissions, and onboarding activities.
Track curriculum development, instructor onboarding, and programme readiness.
Coordinate partnerships with employers, schools, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
Prepare project dashboards, status reports, meeting documentation, and executive updates.
Ensure accountability by following up on action items and maintaining project trackers.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Operations, Engineering, Education, Social Sciences, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management, programme coordination, operations, implementation, startup launches, education operations, or related fields.
