Key Responsibilities

Project Planning and Coordination

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Oversee the coordination between civil engineering and interior design teams to ensure alignment with project objectives.

Client Communication and Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Translate client requirements into actionable project deliverables.

Team Leadership

• Supervise multidisciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide guidance to ensure project goals are met.

Technical Oversight

• Ensure structural integrity and compliance with civil engineering standards.
• Oversee interior architectural designs to ensure aesthetics and functionality.

Budget Management

• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks.

Quality Assurance and Compliance

• Ensure projects comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and adherence to design specifications.

Risk Management

• Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate delays, cost overruns, or design challenges.

Documentation and Reporting

• Maintain accurate project documentation, including blueprints, progress reports, and approval records.
• Provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders on project status.

Vendor and Material Management

• Select and manage vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Ensure timely procurement of materials to avoid delays.

 Innovation and Sustainability

• Implement innovative design solutions and sustainable practices in civil engineering and interior design projects.

Key Requirements

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are advantageous.

Experience

• Proven experience in managing civil engineering and interior design projects.
• Strong portfolio showcasing successful project completion.

Technical Proficiency

• Proficiency in design and engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and BIM tools.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and structural systems.

Leadership and Communication Skills

• Strong leadership abilities to manage diverse teams and resolve conflicts.
