Project Manager (Civil Engineer)
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience 6 years
- Location Lagos
- Job Field Engineering / Technical
RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will lead the production of schematic design, design development and construction documents
- Resonsible for developing integrated structural designs of buildings, renovations, or restorations from conception through completion and performing supporting calculations for the planned work
- Meeting construction budget by monitoring project expenditures, identifying variances, implementing corrective action as approved by the Project director
- Reviewing local rules and regulations to ensure the construction project falls within all constraints
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelors' Degree in Civil/ Structural Engineering or any related course
- PMP, NSE, COREN is a plus
- Have a minimum of 6 years experience in similar role.
