RESPONSIBILITIES

• You will lead the production of schematic design, design development and construction documents
• Resonsible for developing integrated structural designs of buildings, renovations, or restorations from conception through completion and performing supporting calculations for the planned work
• Meeting construction budget by monitoring project expenditures, identifying variances, implementing corrective action as approved by the Project director
• Reviewing local rules and regulations to ensure the construction project falls within all constraints

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelors' Degree in Civil/ Structural Engineering or any related course
• PMP, NSE, COREN is a plus
• Have a minimum of 6 years experience in similar role.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• You will be expected to design requirements for the site, its environment, utilities, zoning, development and end-user culture.
• You will oversee construction phases of projects by conducting site inspections and ensure strict adherence to architects' details and development control approved drawings

REQUIREMENTS

• You must have worked in a consulting architectural firm, with both design and site work experience
• Proficient in standard industry software; Revit Architecture, 3D max studio, AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, MS Office packages
• Degree in Architecture and ARCON with license by a recognised Architectural Body in Nigeria is a plus
• Minimum of 6 years post-NYSC work experience in similar role
• Job location is Lagos State.
