    Project and Service Delivery Intern

    A system integrator ICT company with a clear focus in technology enabled solutions and professional services is recruiting for a Network & Security Engineer.

    Job Summary

    As an Intern, you will assist in achieving ITH Group goals of delivering quality projects and maintaining a consistence satisfactory experience. He/She will also assist in achieving project delivery that includes both internal and external resource.

    Key Responsibilities for this Role

    • Develop in-depth Knowledge to the company project management and service delivery as well as planning & controls standards
    • Assist in tracking, development, and implementation of innovations in Project Management, Service delivery and Quality Assurance
    • Assist the coordination of project activities of and external vendors to ensure services delivered consistently meet customers’ expectation.
    • Ensures the delivery of services to customers within the agreed scope of work and timeline.
    • Update documentation of project and services delivered to customers on the departmental online repository.
    • Liaises with the department lead and team members to develop reports for 3rd party service providers on the strict guidelines given to them to meet customer expectations
    • Works closely with other internal departments and stakeholders through proper communications to ensure client expectations are met.
    • Proactively works with the Finance Department to ensure all payments are collected within the agreed timelines as per the credit terms the customer has with the company
    • Develops and delivers progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations for the Executive leadership
    • Trains, motivates, and supervises project team members and sub-contractors and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned tasks

    Requirements for the Role

    • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related discipline
    • Membership of professional management associations or certification will be an added advantage
    • Knowledge of project management and service delivery
