Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Relationship Manager – Team Lead with strong expertise in fixed deposits, liability generation, and client relationship management. The ideal candidate must be able to lead a team of Relationship Managers, grow the organization’s deposit base, strengthen high-value relationships, and deliver revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and supervise the Relationship Management team to deliver on deposit mobilization and sales targets.
• Drive aggressive acquisition of fixed deposits and high-value clients.
• Manage a portfolio of HNIs, corporate clients, and institutional accounts for retention and growth.
• Develop strategies to increase the organization’s liability base.
• Track market trends and identify new business opportunities.
• Oversee team performance and ensure achievement of KPIs.
• Prepare periodic performance reports for senior management.
• Ensure regulatory and internal policy compliance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support onboarding and product delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience as a Relationship Manager, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/team lead role.
• Strong expertise in fixed deposits and liability generation.
• Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding deposit mobilization targets.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong network within financial services, banking, wealth management, or asset management.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Finance, Economics, Business Administration, etc.).
• High level of professionalism, strategy, and commercial awareness.
