    Programs & Projects Administrator

    Job Overview

    • We are looking for a highly skilled and driven Programs & Project Administrator to oversee and manage our impactful programs across the continent.
    • The ideal candidate will play a vital role in designing, implementing, and evaluating programs/projects that align with our mission.
    • This position requires strategic thinking, exceptional organizational skills, and a deep passion for creating positive change.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design, plan, and execute programs in line with Rise Networks' mission and goals.
    • Develop and manage program work plans, timelines, and budgets.
    • Ensure timely, scope-aligned, and budget-conscious delivery of all programs.
    • Build and nurture relationships with donors, partners, government agencies, and beneficiaries.
    • Serve as the primary contact for program-related inquiries and communications.
    • Lead program teams by providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.
    • Foster a collaborative, innovative, and high-performing team culture.
    • Develop and implement frameworks to assess program impact and effectiveness.
    • Prepare and deliver regular program reports to senior management, stakeholders, and funders.
    • Identify and pursue funding opportunities to support program growth and sustainability.
    • Prepare grant proposals and maintain strong relationships with donors.
    • Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and organizational policies.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, ideally within the non-profit or social enterprise sector.
    • Demonstrated success in managing and delivering complex programs.
    • Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Proven expertise in stakeholder engagement and partnership development.
    • Familiarity with monitoring and evaluation best practices.
    • Proficiency in managing budgets and allocating resources effectively.
    • Competence in using project management tools and software.
