Implement assigned projects and programs efficiently during specific grant periods
Attend Programs Department meetings
Maintain accurate and up-to-date program records and data.
Initiate new fund seeking initiatives, including writing funding proposals to donors
Write and submit reports for assigned projects and programs within donor specified deadlines
Coordinate all program activies on assigned projects
Facilitate and maintain program communication with diverse contacts and audiences related to assigned programs, including journalists, resource persons, partners, funders and other external sources
Facilitate and maintain collaboration and seemless communication with internal units and departments and teams to ensure programs align with Centre’s goals and objectives.
Participate in planning and budgeting process and manage program budget
Coordinate extra program related activities such as radio programs, Social media and other online meetings and dialogues
Provide support for program activities, such as preparing materials and resources, coordinating logistics, and communicating with participants.
Assist with budget management and reporting.
Represent the ICIR at meetings, conferences and workshops, as may be necessary
