    Program Coordinator

    Job Summary:
    Our Client is seeking a versatile and energetic Program Coordinator for Our Client's Scholars Program, who can support the Academic Affairs Office in developing and executing the Institution's program rollout plan. The Program Coordinator will work closely with the Head, Academic Strategy & Delivery to identify the needs of the Institution, and develop the plans, priority and series of decisions needed to succeed.

    Responsibilities:

    • Support the overall delivery of the Instition's Scholars Program and Scholar’s career development
    • Support the implementation of academic and non-academic initiatives designed to enhance scholar experience
    • Drive Scholar onboarding and orientation activities
    • Manage faculty in-country and on-campus experience (Airport Transfers, Accommodation Booking or room preparation, feeding etc.)
    • Support overall academic administration of the NSP including calendar management, scholar attendance and exam/coursework/assessment coordination & progress report.
    • Manage faculty administration (E.g. payments, thank you letters etc.)
    • Administer and share weekly faculty and class evaluations with the Head of Academic strategy
    • Drive scholar and faculty communication and announcements
    • Support the organization and facilitation of program events including career fairs, Scholar events, graduation ceremonies (including scripting), award ceremonies, pre-graduation cocktails/parties etc.
    • Provide administrative/welfare support for Faculty and Scholar needs. E.g., laptop issuance etc.
    • Support in addressing student's behavioral, academic and other problems in line with guidelines and policies
    • Monitor and report the academic progress of scholars with regular communication. E.g., Scholars Digest 2
    • Maintain and monitor all academic records, credentials, recommendations, code/conduct violation and background checks of all Scholars
    • Support and manage alumni progress tracking and engagement processes including alumni newsletters, reference requests etc.
    • Collaborate with manager to conduct workshops, one-on-one sessions as required
    • Support admissions process with an assigned team member
    • Prepare and maintain student records according to the programme policies and administrative regulations
    • Database Management e.g. Scholars master sheet, attendance.
    • Support with the review of SOPs
    • Assist in updating course content on LMS and instruction methodology.
    • Vendor Management (Catering/Welfare etc.)

    Preferred Candidate:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences or related field
    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an administrative or coordination role
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Ability to make decisions and solve problems
    • Demonstrated ability to clearly disseminate and retain complex information
    • Strong work ethic, drive, and energy to manage and support strategic initiatives
    • Knowledge of policies and procedures within the education space
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Strong Interpersonal skills
    • Proven organizational skills and ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines
    • Able to work in a start-up environment and across different hierarchy levels Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Positive attitude and demonstrated commitment to excellence
    • Must be service-oriented and able to liaise with all levels of staff
    • Ability to exercise discretion with confidential information
    • Resourceful and proactive working style
    • Must be open to learning
