Program and Grant Communication Officer at Freshbreeze Initiative for Unity, Socio-Economic and Leadership Development (FID)

Job Summary

• FID is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Program and Grant Communication Officer to support the organization’s program visibility, donor communications, and grant documentation.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for developing clear and compelling communication materials that highlight program impact, support grant proposals and reporting, and strengthen engagement with donors, partners, and stakeholders.
• Successful candidate will work closely with program, monitoring and evaluation, and management teams to ensure accurate documentation and effective dissemination of project activities and results.

Key Responsibilties

• Develop and implement communication strategies to enhance the visibility of the organization’s programs and projects.
• Document program activities, success stories, lessons learned, and impact for internal and external audiences.
• Support the preparation of grant proposals, concept notes, donor reports, and communication materials.
• Produce communication content including newsletters, briefs, reports, website content, and social media updates.
• Coordinate the development of program communication materials such as fact sheets, case studies, and presentations.
• Ensure compliance with donor communication and branding guidelines.
• Support documentation of project progress in collaboration with program and monitoring & evaluation teams.
• Maintain a repository of program documents, photographs, and communication assets.
• Assist in organizing events, workshops, and campaigns to promote program visibility and stakeholder engagement.
