FID is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Program and Grant Communication Officer to support the organization’s program visibility, donor communications, and grant documentation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing clear and compelling communication materials that highlight program impact, support grant proposals and reporting, and strengthen engagement with donors, partners, and stakeholders.
Successful candidate will work closely with program, monitoring and evaluation, and management teams to ensure accurate documentation and effective dissemination of project activities and results.
Key Responsibilties
Develop and implement communication strategies to enhance the visibility of the organization’s programs and projects.
Document program activities, success stories, lessons learned, and impact for internal and external audiences.
Support the preparation of grant proposals, concept notes, donor reports, and communication materials.
Produce communication content including newsletters, briefs, reports, website content, and social media updates.
Coordinate the development of program communication materials such as fact sheets, case studies, and presentations.
Ensure compliance with donor communication and branding guidelines.
Support documentation of project progress in collaboration with program and monitoring & evaluation teams.
Maintain a repository of program documents, photographs, and communication assets.
Assist in organizing events, workshops, and campaigns to promote program visibility and stakeholder engagement.
