    Marine Advisor I - Yoho Platform

    Main Function

    • Works to assure the safe and efficient turnaround of gas carriers and condensate tankers. This will include assisting with the management and oversight of all associated critical contractors including tug and port services providers

    Tasks and Responsibilities

    • Make recommendations for improving safety
    • Provide operational efficiency-related advice
    • Provide assistance with and oversight of controls-related activities including marine fueling
    • Assist with implementation and improvement of company best practices
    • Prepare for and implement industry best practices (Marine Terminal Management and Self-Assessment (MTMSA) and Marine Terminal Operator Competence & Training (MTOCT))
    • Implement additional systems and practices that are required
    • Perform technical writing services
    • Review and update documents, manuals, and procedures (Continuous Improvement)
    • Streamline and enhance operating practices
    • Provide project management services and oversight of marine terminal-related projects
    • Perform vessel inspections and Marine Quality Assurance (MQA) related assessments
    • Prepare and author training documents and assessment packages
    • Perform marine coordination duties when required, including but not limited to:
      • Loading Master
      • Personnel Transfer
      • PTWS
    • Coordinate tugs and port services
    • Coordinate the Safety/Surveillance vessel
    • Coordinate general and other activities at the marine terminal
    • Support contractor interfacing and management through application of the oi System (oi) 8-1 practices, including:
      • Contractor Work Crew Evaluation
      • Safety, Security, Health, and Environment (SSHE) leadership programs
      • SSHE execution plan, including gap closure plan
      • Subcontractor management
      • Self-monitoring reporting
      • Preparation for the Kick Off Meeting
      • Preparation of Interface Management Plan (IMP)
      • Contractor assessment.

    Skills and qualifications

    • Prior marine experience in a senior officer position - required
    • Master Mariner's License - required
    • Experience in the company operations organization - preferred
    • University degree preferred. Candidates without the above requirements will be considered, dependent on experience
    • Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
    • Strong culture of "Nobody Gets Hurt"
    • Expert knowledge of current large tanker applied mooring operations and best practices
    • Knowledge of applied Operations Integrity Systems, specifically oi 8-1.

    Security Coordinator I - Junior role

    Main Functions

    • The Security Coordinator performs a key role supporting the procurement of services and material for the turnaround activities. Coordinates, develops, and evaluates security programs for an organization.
    • Ensures programs are effective and identifies the need for additional resources.
    • Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.

    Tasks and Responsibilities

    • Implement site security and emergency preparedness plans and procedures to reinforce the security of a company
    • Develop screening criteria for the contractor
    • Perform contractor screening process
    • Contractor passes issuing effort
    • Develop security plan for the T/A
    • During Execution
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
    • Previous experience in Security
    • Perform contractor screening process if addition contractor resource are activated
    • Contractor passes issuing effort.

    Requirements

    • Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.

    Auditor I

    Main Functions

    • Ensures compliance with established controls and procedures by examining records, reports, operating practices, and documentation.
    • Verifies assets and liabilities by comparing items to documentation.
    • Completes audit work papers by documenting audit tests and findings.
    • Appraises adequacy of control systems by completing audit questionnaires.
    • Communicates audit findings by preparing a final report and discussing findings with audited parties.
    • Complies with country-specific legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions.
    • Position will receive direction and support.
    • Junior level Auditors should have the basic skills to review the an organization's processes, operations and goals and other basic tasks which could include for example: collecting, analyzing and examining company records to ensure proper compliance, summarizing and preparing findings.

    Skills and Qualifcations

    • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 5 - 7 years experience.
    • Meticulous attention to detail.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills.
    • Strong knowledge of financial system.
    • Ability to work to deadlines.

    Inventory Control Analyst I - QIT

    Job Summary

    • Schedules and revises shipment plans to ensure efficient distribution of products to satisfy customers.
    • Analyzes inventory levels, production speed, and product demand to determine reorder levels that will ensure product availability and minimize inventory costs.
    • Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
    • Duties may include writing inventory reports, performing cycle counts, and determining periodic asset valuations.
    • Position as a support role requiring more work direction whereby worker follows generally defined procedures; typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
    • This position might be described as Junior Inventory Control Analyst, who normally performs basic financial analysis and routine financial reports under high supervision.

    Qualifications

    • MS Excel, ERP experience, organized,1st degree
    • 1-2 years' experience in Warehouse operations and inventory management. Excel, Word, and report writing
